Q1: How can we get a quote?

a1: We will offer you the best quote after we get the product specifications such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.

Q2: What format design file you want for printing?

a2: It is best if you can supply your artwork as PDF or AI, CDR format file. However if this is not possible, our in-house designer can make the artwork.

Q3: Can you help with the design?

a3: Sure, we have professional designers to offer the design service.

Q4: Can i get a lower price if i order large quantities?

a4: Yes, the larger the order quantity is, the cheaper the price will be.

Q5: What is your minimum order quantity?

a5: The MOQ (minimum order quantity) is 10000Pcs. Less quantity can also be customized, but the price will be a bit higher.

Q6: May I have a sample before mass production ?

a6: Yes ,we can make a new sample according to your requirement for your approval before mass production.

Q7: How about your packaging?

a7: we use standard export carton boxes. Shipping mark will be printed or sticked on the outside of box.

Q8: What about the lead time for the sample and big order?

a8: 1-3 Days for sample production, 7-15 Days for formal orders according to order quantity

Q9: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time?

a9: For small order, by express like DHL,UPS,TNT FedEx etc, about 3-7days. For big order,  by air about 7-12 days, by sea about 15-35 days.

Q10: How should I pay?

a10: Usually you can pay by Wire (T/T), we have American bank account and Chinese bank account for payment. 

Q11: What should I do if I encounter a problem that requires after-sales service?

a11: Please inform our sales representative immediately and tell him or her the problem in detail. We will help you solve the problem within 24 hours.

Q12: What to do if the product has quality problems?

a12: We guarantee that our products will not have any quality problems. All goods will undergo two comprehensive inspections before shipment. The defective rate of all our products has been controlled at 0.1%. If unfortunately a small number of products have quality problems, please keep the problematic products and take photos and videos as soon as possible, and tell us the quantity. We will provide the data and information you provide to our engineers for analysis, find the problem, and restock it for you as soon as possible.

Q13: Do your CBD products comply with US FDA requirements? Is the THC content less than 0.3%?

a13: Yes, we provide a third-party laboratory test report, THC content <0.3%, in compliance with US federal regulations.

Q14: Can you provide OEM customization (such as brand LOGO printing, e-liquid flavor adjustment)?

a14: Support! We have our own factory and can customize flexibly, with a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces and a proofing cycle of 3-5 days.
